We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mujahed. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@mfightgearofficial.com to obtain a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, please package the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund or exchange has been approved. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days, while exchanges will be processed and shipped promptly.
